Booking Conditions

By booking one of our experiences, customers automatically accept the following conditions:

1. Changes by Naturium: We may modify itineraries, accommodations, and other experience components due to force majeure reasons. We remain committed to quality and will inform customers of any changes as soon as possible.
2. Activity Availability and Modifications: All activities are subject to availability and may undergo adjustments that will not compromise the quality of the experience.
3. Liability: Naturium is not responsible for losses, damages, or injuries that are not under our direct control.

Cancellation Policy

At Naturium, we understand that plans can change, and we are committed to providing maximum flexibility to our customers. To ensure that both customer interests and operational aspects are balanced, we have adopted the following cancellation policy:

1. Notification: To cancel a reservation, please send an email to info@naturium.pt with the booking details and the reason for cancellation.
2. Confirmation of Receipt: You will receive an email confirmation acknowledging your request.
3. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation conditions and may take up to 30 business days.
4. Cancellation by Naturium: In the unlikely event that an experience is canceled due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, failure to meet the minimum number of participants, or safety concerns), we will offer either a rescheduling at no additional cost or a full refund, at the customer’s discretion.

Cancellation Conditions

   1. Free cancellation up to 90 days before the start date.
   2. 25% fee for cancellations between 89 and 60 days before the date.
   3. 50% fee for cancellations between 59 and 30 days before the date.
   4. Non-refundable if canceled less than 30 days before the date.

   1. Free cancellation up to 60 days before the start date.
   2. 50% fee for cancellations between 59 and 30 days before the date.
   3. Non-refundable if canceled less than 30 days before the date.
3. One Day
   1. Free cancellation up to 12 hours before the start time.
   2. Non-refundable if canceled less than 12 hours in advance.
4. My Way
   1. Free cancellation up to 90 days before the start date.
